What information does SparkAmplify collect?

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. Google OAuth API

This OAuth flow is specifically for user authorization. It is designed for applications that can store confidential information and maintain state. A properly authorized web server application can access an API while the user interacts with the application or after the user has left the application. Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. When you use Service to send emails to access influencers and media by connecting your Google or G suite accounts. We will store the information like subject line, email content, recipients, the possible replies you receive and the IP addresses. The possible replies are temporary stored on our servers. And the IP addresses we collected which are pseudonymized making it impossible to precisely localize them. The Gmail data stored by us is never shared with third-parties. It stays private to the user.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Your Choices and Opt-Outs

Customer who have opted in to our marketing emails can opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our marketing messages.

Also, all opt-out requests can be made by emailing us. Please note that some communications (such as service messages, account notifications, billing information) are considered transactional and necessary for account management, and Customer cannot opt out of these messages unless you cancel your SparkAmplify account.

Personal Information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which SparkAmplify or its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or contractors maintain facilities, and by using the Service, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
